This course introduces the fundamental concepts of database systems. This course covers data 
modeling using ER and EER, relational model, relational algebra, SQL, transaction processing, 
concurrency control, database recovery and security and basics of NoSQL databases.

The objective of this course is to set the skill and knowledge of basic networking and data 
communication theories to students. It is divided into two sections: Data communication 
and Computer networking.  
The course is focuses on theoretical knowledge as well as practical skills of the discipline.
